Wobbles

Meet Wobbles, the groundhog. She came to us after likely being hit by a car—thin, weak, and missing all the fur on her tail. We named her Wobbles because when she stands on her back legs, she tips right over, and a noticeable head tilt suggests she’s dealing with neurological issues. At first, we suspected raccoon roundworm, a condition caused by ingesting raccoon feces, but signs now point to a head injury. Despite her challenges, Wobbles is incredibly sweet. She loves to waddle over, stand on our feet, rest her little hands on our knees, and politely ask for treats. Her favorites? Bananas, avocado, and fresh dandelions.
